Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Rehansa India LLP, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality herbal and Ayurvedic products. This Refunds and Cancellations Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To cancel an order, customers must contact our support team with order details.

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or leaked
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months shelf life)

Note:

  • Customers must raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof such as images or videos of the product and packaging is mandatory.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Items purchased under clearance or special discount offers
  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons), unless defective

4. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank details for refund processing.

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability.
  • Replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 working days after approval.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable; otherwise, customers may need to self-ship (reimbursed if approved).

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • If the issue persists, reach out to our support team
